Help with getting CFA Scores sent?

My DD attended SLE in June and has been trying for about 2 months to get her WP CFA sent to USNA and USAFA. Is anyone else having this issue? We are from the Great Lakes region. She has called, left vm messages, emailed the POC she was given at SLE. She has called admissions and when she enters our zip code, gets transferred back to the same individual. She is at a loss as to how to get the scores sent? Should she ask the other academies to request them? She should she just go ahead and retake it? She would like the USMA one sent as she did well. Any advice is appreciated.
 
I would call WP admissions office and speak with one of the secretaries. This was a common issue last year two, and it is the same with each of the academies.
