Hey yall my name is Sarah and I'm a USNA class of 2014 hopeful! If that doesn't work out I'd love to do ROTC at Boston College. My grandfather was the commandant (= the US supe) of the Royal Military College of Canada so I'll be applying there just for him. I'm actually not an American citizen yet but the papework should be processed soon! After my service commitment I want to go to medical school and then be a surgeon in the Navy.

I'm so glad I found this site- the amount of info is amazing and everyone is so great!

Hey, my name is Joe- and welcome to the forums!

Im a hs junior and am hoping to go to the Air Force Academy (class of '13) but i'm also looking at the Navy and will be beginning the application process 2009, so I can let you know about all that.

You won't have any trouble getting help here seeing as there are quite a few extremely helpful USNA graduates ready to answer questions or help out.

May I also recommend using the search function... I found out lots of useful answers to my questions through older threads.

Anyway- im sure youll enjoy it here!

We dance for laughter, we dance for tears, we dance for madness, we dance for fears, we dance for hopes, we dance for screams, we are the dancers, we create the dreams.

When the Royal Military College of Canada group came by our tailgater a couple of weeks ago at the Naval Academy, they were a bit more utilitarian. They danced for beer and hamburgers. And along with the bagpipers and drummers, put on quite a show, I might add.

Welcome to the forum.
