Portal of my daughter shows HOLD we are from Colorado. What does this mean?
Is this a good thing or a bad thing ?

Most likely she did not make the state cut. Probably on National Waiting List. She will now wait for an open national position. There are lots of threads on this earlier this year. Put "hold" in the search on this page.
