No offense to the HG, but if you want an EA, grades will matter more than being the HG CC because HG is an EC, just like Arnie, silver or Angel.

FWIW, the fact that you are the CC for HG = peer respect and I would bet you have a PMS officer as a guidance/adviser. That means to me you already received points/respect to make it to HG CC as a 200 from your det.
