how are my chances?

Hello, I'm a junior preparing to begin my application for USNA. I;d like to know how im doing, if i want to admit into USNA or USNAPS.
Academics: Around a 3.3 GPA.Did bad freshman, and brought it up alot. SAT-520 CR (will go up) 700 M =1220 for now
Athletics: wrestling 2 years,tennis 3 years, winter track 1 year
EC-Jr. firefighter,done many volunteer hours at various centers. Will attend American Legion's Boy State. Chess Club Vice-president

I am Korean, and very fluent. I will do anything to get into either USNA or USNAPS this following year.please tell me my chances!!
