How do I double check?

I received a 4 year AROTC scholarship from the previous review board. I scanned and emailed the sheet saying that I intended to accept the scholarship and emailed it to the generic email that was provided and also to my personal contact. I sent it over a week ago, but I was just wondering if there was a way I could make sure that it has been received since tomorrow is the 17th and thats the latest I could send it in. I figure better safe than sorry.

Is there any number listed that you can call? I'm unfamiliar with Army ROTC, but there may be contact information on the AROTC website where you could get more information.

also fax it and email a copy to the school ROTC scholarship officer. Ask them to confirm.

My status changed on the website. It was something along the lines of You have accepted an Army ROTC scholarship pending mecial qualification from DoDMERB at....whatever college you accepted it at.
