How long between being fully qualified w/ nomi, can you expect to hear from WP?

I received my fully qualified letter late november, and got my nomination December 12th.

It depends on if you have a principal nomination. If not then you'll go on the NWL and it could theoretically be april before you hear anything, though that is highly unlikely.
