How to add USMMA to DoDMERB?

My son has just received his candidate letter from USMMA which tells him to let DoDMERB know if he has already had a physical for another service academy. He called today to do this and was told they could not just add USMMA...is there a step we are missing? (He has been qualified by DoDMERB for USNA and USAFA.)

Any advice is appreciated!

USMMA will contact DoDMERB. You won't need to do anything... they know if a physical has already been completed for another SA.

USMMA will download your son's name to us when they determine he is a valid applicant. When they do, we will review him for USMMA and notify them of the results. He will NOT obtain another exam

Thank you, this makes much more sense! The USMMA letter said to call DoDMERB to let them know he had already had a physical for a SA, guess my son was just a little to quick off the mark
