I got my DODMERB packet in the mail to day but the locations for my test are extremely far away. I know people who got there test change to closer locations in my area, but how do I go about doing it. I have 2 military bases that are way closer than the proposed locations of my test. Wouldnt these bases have the required staff to test me? How to do get m location changed?

Hello, my name is Joe and I work for the contractor (Concorde, Inc.). To change your appointment locations, simply e-mail us (dodmerbstaff@concorde2000.com) with your full name, the last 4 digits of your SSN, your current zip code where you would like to take exams, and the reason. Usually those are processed within 24 hours or if requested on a Friday, the following Monday.
Alternatively, requesting through your DODMETS portal also is acceptable. Just provide the appropriate information so we can expedite.
