How to Decline After Accepting

Back in April, I accepted my AFROTC scholarship. I was recently awarded a Falcon Foundation Scholarship. How do I decline the AFROTC scholarship right now?
 
Who did you contact to accept it? I would think you could do the same thing to decline it. I would also make sure the cadre at your school know that you will not be attending.
