I've been practicing for the basketball throw for about a month and I haven't really seen any progress. I'm kind of stuck at maxing out at 60 feet and I'd like to at least hit the average of 67 feet. Right now I'm keeping my knees about shoulder-width apart, throwing at about a 40-degree angle, and snapping my wrist when I throw. Any other tips on how to throw the ball? Any tips for training for the event? Thanks everyone!
