I completed my Candidate Questionnaire when filling out my SLS application. I did get into SLS. Since then I have more info to add (captain of a spring team, president of another club and another sport). I cant figure out how to update this on my candidate portal.

You'll get the opportunity to do so once the SSK is available (ie. when the actual application starts).
If I'm not mistaken, you will provide your information on activities done, for example, on the Candidate Activities Record (CAR), which will be verified by a school official (you put his/her contact information on the portal).

You can also update by clicking on the "contact us" button on your candidate page and simply write an email on the form provided listing the new stuff. It may take a few days, but if it fits into one of the categories on the left hand side of your main page, it should show up.
As Bill said, once the CAR opens you can elaborate on more activities and such. It gets verified by someone (usually guidance counselor).
Further updates I had to have verified. So for example, I had my athletic director e-mail that I got my varsity letter once I got it.
