how to update class rank??

iv received 2 letters now stating I have not entered my class rank when i actually have, Now i cannot figure how to do it on my candidate portal

please help!!!
 
get your school to send transcripts with the rank on them.
 
If the letters came from Admissions, you need to send the information ASAP to Admissions.
 
Could someone PLEASE help me with the right EMAIL ADDRESS to which I need to send my transcript to?!?!?!!?
 
send it to your Regional Commander, I don't know what region you are but that's who you should send it to
