How'd you do on your fitness assessment?

    I want to see how well people did on their fitness assessments

    i did ok... i think

    35 pushups
    35 situps (gym teacher only did it out of 1 minutes so i'm re-testing)
    4 pull ups (im up to 6 now!!)
    70 feet bball toss
    8.6 shuttle run
    5:40 mile run

    51' basketball throw
    49 pushups
    73 situps
    8 pullups
    8.7 shuttle run
    6:11 mile

    Not the greatest...

    Bball throw: 70 ft
    Pull-ups: 8
    Shuttle run: 8.2 secs
    Situps: 90
    Pushups: 75
    Mile: 5:50

    i have not done this officially yet...

    5'10 168lbs male

    100' bball throw
    60 push ups (trying to get up to 70 for NASS)
    95 crunches
    7 pull ups (trying to get up to 12 for NASS)
    have not done the shuttle run in a while
    5:20 minute mile

    50 pushups
    76 situps
    6:45 mile
    10:14 or something shuttle. Im not the most agile guy
    9 pull ups (I can do 13 or 14 now)
    79' Basketball throw I think.

    Nice stats! You can def get those push ups and pull ups before NASS! Stay motivated

    my assessment

    height 6'0 I forgot the original but this is very close

    bball throw 82'
    shuttle run 6. something
    pushups 73
    situps / max
    pullups 8
    mile 6'15 (i was dead tired haha!)


    THis was before I started track season again, so I've improved tremendously, especially in the mile and everything else... actually yeah everyting lol...

    I've completed my CFA last summer, so my numbers are probably not exact.

    55' throw
    7.7 sec shuttle run
    72 push ups
    88 sit ups
    15 pull ups
    5:50 mile run
