Do parents need to sign up somewhere for I day picnic sponsored by Alumni assoc?

Yes. It came in the BFE with all of the other paperwork. It is $20 per person and I believe it said that you had to pay in advance and you could not purchase tickets the day of. If I remember correctly you have until June 15 to pay/reserve your spot.
 
OK. I have already signed up for site so registered for picnic and put in payment info. Amex was charged. Do they send tickets or is name just on list?
 
I dont recall actually receiving tickets last year. They have a sign-area by alphabet. Go to the section for the first letter of your last name. Get there early too. I went late and there were a lot of give aways that I completely missed. Be sure to go to the MIDSTORE and get the Class of 2019 T Shirt that has all the Plebe's names on it. my family loved those as gifts.
 
Batorthopa- I remember them saying that they would send an email and that email is your proof of payment and your "ticket". I have received an email confirming my payment. So I made a copy and I was going to bring it to I-day.
 
Get the T-Shirt with all the names as soon as possible. They do sell out fast. Get as many as you can!!! Free give away under the tent is great and then lunch.
 
Way back in 2010, the shirts were also available in the Museum Store for the same price and no lines.
 
Go to the picnic early or at least on time--so many cool freebies--feels like Christmas!! We missed out on some cool stuff due to being really late!!
 
We are headed to Annapolis the weekend prior to I Day. When will the shirts be available in the MIDSTORE?
