First off this isn't a personal question, but a general one that I thought people would be interested in, which is why I haven't emailed you, Larry.

Anyway, I'm just curious if DoDMERB has looked into this at all, and if it may be safer or not than laser eye surgery.

FACT 1 = Decisions on the use of these is up to each individual. The military neither endorses or discourages therapies sought out by individuals
FACT 2 = Implantable lenses do NOT meet standards and would require a medical waiver.
