Instructions to Appointees

I received my Offer of Appointment to USAFA in December and accepted the offer a few weeks later. I have been getting forms sent to me to fill out, i.e. the Uniform Sizing sheet. I was just wondering if anyone had any idea when my "Instructions to Appointees" booklet would be coming in the mail? Thanks!

I got mine on my portal not too long ago but, I was told they aren't sending out packets until late March or early april when a majority of the selections have been made.
