Internship

Our son just found out he's going to be doing an internship in Washington, DC with the Maritime Administration. He will start between July 13-19 and be done around July 26-30. Does anyone have any suggestions on economical places he could stay.

You might want to have your DS contact the alumni association for the DC area. They might be able to help out.

Old Air Force: As mentioned the local alumni both Kings Point Club of DC which I am active in and the Chesepeake Chapter have POCs to help in situations like this. I'm sending you a PM soprry I didn't see this sooner.

My thanks to jasperdog for his help is setting this up. A family (2 kp grads) will be putting my son up during his internship in DC. A great example of how the KP family comes together to help each other. Anyone planning on sailing the Illinois River, out home is open.
