How many candidates get interviews with Senators/Reps? I got one with both senators (waiting to hear from rep) but another kid at my school got a letter saying he was not a finalist.

Don't even think for a minute about this aspect. It varies all over the place.

Plus, just because you garner the interview that does not necessarily equate into getting the nomination. There are some MoCs that will interview 10% of the applicants, thus it could be 30,40, 50 or more for a slate of 10. There are MoCs that basically will say we have 10 candidates we can nominate for the slate, so let's just interview the top 15 that look the best on paper.
~ You can see with one MoC your odds are still not an almost sure thing, and with the other it appears to be yours to lose during the interview.

I would use this time to your advantage and keep working on your packet so you are the best. I would not give a minute's thought about how many because you might be that kid that gets cut on the next round.
