When I sent in my application to my Congressman for a Congressional nomination interview, I put the Air Force Academy as my first choice and the Merchant Marine Academy as my second. I want to change it to Naval Academy as my first choice, then the Air Force Academy as my second choice. My Congressional Nomination interview will be in two weeks and my appointment time is already set, is it too late to change my Service Academy preference? And would changing it be seen as a negative to the interview panel? Thanks.

I can't tell you if it looks good or bad to the panel because I don't sit on those panels, but at my interview they confirmed my top choices with me before they let me go.

You can usually change your academy preference at your interview. I don't know if they will view it negatively, but it is possible, so be prepared to back up your choices..
