Is the BCT Video and Yearbook worth it?

Ok all you experienced parents out there I just got all the PW weekend stuff for the AFA. In that they have of course stuff you can buy.

The BCT Video and Yearbook
The Warrior Photo

I'll start with the latter and I have to admit the photo sample they showed looks a bit cheesy to me. So I may skip that.

With no samples of the DVD or Yearbook I'm trying to gauge if it's worth it. Did any of you out there buy this and what did you think?
 
You called it pretty close. Warrior photo is cheesy and we skipped that. The yearbook and video are decent and I thought they were worth the money.

We passed on the Warrior photo. The BCT video is a nice to have. I may have watched it once. My DS on the other hand, has no desire to watch it. ;)
 
If I remember correctly the Cadets get a yearbook so we didn't order one. I didn't see any need for us to have one as it was his yearbook.... We did get the video and gave that to him for a keepsake. He may not want to watch it now but one day (Far in the future) it will be great to look back on. Especially one day when they have kids to share it with.
 
We, too, passed on the Warrior photo. I did buy both the dvd and yearbook--looked at both a couple of times, shared them with the grandparents and some family friends. Both are on a shelf now waiting for the day my C1C might want to fondly reminisce. The BCT yearbook is NOT the same as the USAFA yearbook. Every cadet receives one of those each year and I am still waiting to see one since my son has never bothered to bring one home
 
Thanks for all the opinions guys. I think I'll buy the DVD and Yearbook for the DS. I'd watch it once and be done with it. He may want it for something.

Kirkmanj! As always good to hear from you! Demon's are making us proud that's for sure winning Field Day!
