Is there a way to find out what your medical qual said

I was wondering if there was a way to read what the medical qual said? We were passed but curios about what they said. Anyone know?
 
Anyone more recent than me remember if those docs ended up in your military medical
records? For some reason I believe my DODMERB physical ended up being there, but it's been a long time since that and could be wrong.
