My son got an LOA back in November. He had already been medically qualified. After his LOA arrived he got sick with encephalitis and was DQ.

He just found out his waiver was denied.

Is there anything he can do to get USNA to reconsider his case? He has not shown any neurological symptoms. He has wrestled an entire season and is currently playing lacrosse. His grades are good.

The young man is devestated. Does anyone here have any suggestions?
