at 7:00 PM you should be ok. Assuming you are in a car get onto the Belt Parkway East. Follow the signs to Long Island and to the Throgs Neck Bridge.
You want to get onto the Cross Island Parkway. Get off at the Exit for Northern Blvd. East. This goes to Great Neck. Follow the directions on the KP website from Northern Blvd.
