Can anybody point me out to a thread which tells about the nominations, and how many each MOC can nominate, and how many vacanacies and stuff there are? Thanks.

Our congressman had 10 nominations for 1 slot for West Point this year and he nominated 10 people.

Each MOC can nominate up to 10 candidates for each vacancy he/she has at each SA each year.

Each MOC can have 5 students at each SA (other than USCGA for which noms aren't required) each year.

Most MOCs have 1 vacancy per SA per year. Every few years, they have 2/year, allowing them 20 noms. It's very rare for an MOC to have 0 or >2 noms per year for any SA.
