My son, who is a senior, just received his nomination about 3 weeks ago. He filled out an application for the USNA back in the fall.

Our question is..................what happens next? Do we just sit and wait or is there something that we should be doing on our end?

Any help is much appreciated.

As long as everything on the application is complete (all paperwork, CFA, BGO interview, SAT/ACT scores sent in, etc.) just about. Assuming you're on a semester schedule, you'll need to send in your most recent transcript updated through 1st semester of senior year. The semester for most schools just ended.

Good Luck!

First, congrats on the nom. A big step!

Update your file if anything new and significant happens (e.g., new award) but make sure whatever you send is endorsed by a school official.

Other than that, in all honesty, most people in your situation stalk the mailman.:shake:
