Just submitted application for Air Force Academy Summer Seminar

So as many of you know, I have been very keen on going to USMA. But lately, I just thought that I would open my doors for everything. So today, I just applied for the summer seminar that Air Force was hosting. I just wanted to know how competitive it was compared to USMA and USNA. I heard that since AFA is a technologically advanced school, they look out for very high gpa/ SAT/ACT/ etc scores. Is this true? I will post my "stats" up in a bit just to see what my chances would be.

The SS's are very helpful. I, like you, was very interested in USMA and was almost set on going there... until i went to the USAFA SS. They look for the same basic things as the other academies, but yes, the academics are harder, so the academic scores are probably more important. I got into SS and was appointed and I had a weighted 4.01 GPA and a ACT score of 29.
