Success at removing Sea Trials’ stains from sweatpants!

D really wanted to keep the fabulous sweatpants that were issued at NASS. My thought was just to pitch. But, then I remembered what I used to do with her baby clothes that got covered in burp stains and Gerber baby food (peaches!!)—never easily removed :frown:. First you must use Biz Stain Fighter (Biz bleach)—powder variety. Using water, make a past. Smear the Biz paste on all the stains. Let them sit for 2 days. Then soak the sweats in warm water with 3 scoops of Biz for 4 days. Replace the water every day. Our water turned a brownish yellow. And yes, I used a whole box of the stuff!!

There you have it! Sweatpants are like new. :thumb:

Good Luck saving those memories!!!

After thought: Yea!! She still needs me--for now

Step 1: Apply gasoline.

Step 2: Apply lit match.

Step 3: Buy new sweats.

Well, it IS more fun this way!

I never wore the way too big sweatshirt. Instead, I sent it to my junior year history teacher- a Lt. in the Navy Reserves- who was serving in Iraq with the Army this past year. He loved it.

Kind of funny - my son called from the airport this evening after NASS 2 and one of the first things he said was "I don't think it's worth saving my sweatpants from Sea Trials!" Going to see if these tips work!

Kero - that was my first thought though when reading this thread. My son who went last summer brought his home, we washed them once or so and he just wore them after that - stains and all. Must be a guy thing!

Mine are old and stained. If the stains ever come out, I'll throw them away and start again.
