Kudos to Larry Mullen and DoDMERB staff

Thank you to Larry Mullen for your quick response to my son's post regarding the waiver process for the USNA. I can't tell you how much he (and I) appreciated your response and thorough explanation of the waiver process. Although we have not yet heard back regarding the waiver, we understand the process (thanks to Larry) and are anxiously awaiting the waiver decision.

Thank you also to the DoDMERB staff! Everytime we have called, each of you have been so helpful and courteous. I can't even imagine how many calls you all take each day, but taking the time with each caller is just amazing.

It is refreshing to be in contact with people who are dedicated to their job and committed to helping others.

Many more thanks go out to Mr. Larry Mullen for calming my nerves and talking me off the ledge regarding this whole DodMERB thing. He was most professional in his reply and understanding of our anxiety.

My DS did the food challenge thing for an allergy remedial and lived to tell about it! Now that was an anxious time in this family. New status "Qualified" on the day after his 18th birthday. Now for the nominations and appointment, but that's on a different thread.
