In reviewing the recent postings about AROTC and AFROTC this board is surprisingly quite regarding NROTC. I can only surmise the reason being is they have their stuff together. AROTC has issues with LDAC, OML changes and CULP pay in question. AFROTC has issues with personnel management and now the possibility of mandatory reserve/guard placement instead of AD for cadets. NROTC seems to have a more efficient program. Maybe their sister services should take note and use NROTC's program as a model.

I am having a lot of trouble accessing the NROTC Application. I can't even apply and I know some of my friends have run into the same problem

That's how NROTC keeps their numbers under control!

Seriously though, have you tried a different browser? 4 years ago we needed to use IE to properly access the web site.

We had no trouble last year accessing it with firefox.

I can easily believe that. However, things can always change as browsers are "updated" or web pages are changed. Whenever one has a problem accessing a site, the first thing to try is another browser. Standard rule of thumb from someone who spent 38 years in the business, 18 of which were web related.

I genuflect in your general direction kinnem.....you know of what you speak.

Very recently this happened to me. The affordable care act website, all of a sudden my Firefox would not pull it up. But I switched to Chrome and it works just fine. I don't know what caused it to act strangely.
