the changing admission status dates for USCGA yet?

The last two Monday's, dates changed, but not this one? Same for you?

I'm counting on you to figure out this mystery! It's up there with Stonehenge and Atlantis!

Nope

I received a call from Mr. L. Mullen and the only thing I can figure is there was some change in admission status. It maybe just from EA to RA. I wouldn't think it was an appointment because they haven't even start re-examining applications yet. So in a short No idea.
