I completed and submitted all of the compotents of an Army 4-year ROTC scholarship many weeks ago, with my PFA being submitted just before the 26 December deadline of the last board. I submitted my high school transcripts well in advance -- I do not remember the exact date, but it was probably in November. All of this was in line for the January board. I wasn't awarded one for that board, obviously, and I was ready to be re-boarded in March. I checked my status a few days ago and everything had been "received" except for medical, which isn't needed until after the board anyway. I occasionally checked my status online (for no reason other than reassurance) and found the same thing.

Today I logged into the system and it said that my high school transcripts have not been received. This doesn't make sense to me, as they've been received and processed for months. I know the deadline for documents is tomorrow. Is there any reason why that status may have changed? There's little no to chance that I can get a new transcript in the mail by tomorrow, because of the slow guidance/administration at my high school. The original transcripts cannot have just dissapeared. I haven't received any mail in months about missing documents as I did in the early fall. This is a recent problem and I don't know what to do...

You might try calling the ROO at your first choice school or any ROO you've already met with. I wonder if the reference to missing transcripts could be to your final 7th semester (past fall semester) transcripts?

I actually got an email from one of my choices notifying me of this. I didn't know that a mid-year transcript was required, but that would make sense. Uh-oh.

call your POC at Cadet Command. That shouldn't have happened.

Called Cadet Command today. They assured me that my file was complete. Apparently, there's been some kind of technical difficulty with the system with regaurds to transcripts and SAT/ACT results. It changed the status of several applicants, but I believe it's all fixed now. My status has returned to normal too. Now all that's left is the wait for the third board!

Whew! :yay: Thanks for completing the loop on this one. Glad it all worked out. I was thinking it was a tech glitch but it's always best not to assume that (or anything).
