My instructional packet was lost by the postal service and I am now late getting my medical. My NROTC unit does not officially start until September 17, at the university of Washington. I am trying to Schedule an appointment with my doctor but they say they need a form? Are they going to send them the form for examination? Is it there and gone because I am too late?? And if so how can I get a new one? I would really like some help so please answer, thank you.

Second: Have you been in touch with the Navy regarding the process? Are you sure you are still slotted for the scholarship?
In general terms, I would line out the process as Application... Selection... Acceptance to awarded school... Physical qualification... start school. Each step has time bound deadlines.
