my grandfather got me a leatherman for Christmas. Should I bring it Iday? Have my parents bring it PPW? Have my parents mail it during Plebe summer? Have my parents mail it after plebe summer?

Great gift, wore mine almost everyday and fits nicely in the ADU lower right pocket. Not sure about the Navy digital.

There are copy cats - Gerber comes to mind, but my leatherman meant more to me, as a gift, like yours and fit my needs so many times over, I can't imagine deploying without it.

Of course, I had my wife replace all buttons with velcro, which "voided the warranty" of course, but hey, > 20 has its privileges. I would NOT suggest this as I'm sure academy uniform inspection is about...well....uniformity.
