My son just received his LoA last week, mid November!!!! We are trilled. Just need to get that nomination now! Good luck!
 
I'm curious about this question as well, because I have all of my green check marks and only waiting for WP to confirm that they received my ACT scores. Is it too late for a LoA or LoE?
