Letters of Reccemondation

Hello, I submitted 4 Letters of rec, including one from my recruiter who runs the army training program I'm in. My question is, do the PMS's even look at the letters or do they just give you points for the amount that that you submitted? Thanks.
 
You don't get any points for LORs. Cadet Command doesn't ask you for LORs and the board members probably don't have time to even look at them. But I'm sure they all say nice things about you.

They won't even look at a Letter of rec from a Staff Sergeant in the Army? I'm trying to understand why there is even an option to upload them then.
 
PMS told us there was no need for LOR, but since we saw the chance to upload one we went ahead and did it.
