Letters

I have not but a mom in 301 has. It would be nice if those that have if they would post what their DS/DD said and what company they are in.
 
We have not yet either....and I even checked with my DS's girlfriend and she has not received anything either... :frown: Every day when I walk to the mailbox I hope that today is the day...today is a week since we dropped our loved ones off...:frown:
 
The one that heard from their DS said that it was just the second day and they, of course, were being yelled at all the time. Also, they were not to speak to any other Candidate. How do you build Espirit de Corpe this way? Don't know.
Any tidbit from any parent would be great.
 
We have not received any letters yet either. Our son is in the 1st co. I to hope for a letter when I get to mailbox.
 
We received a letter from DS yesterday, Band Company. We sent him with pre-addressed and stamped envelopes to make it as easy as possible. We also reside on Long Island so mail time would be quicker than other states. He loves it but is looking forward to the end of Indoc.
 
We do not know if we are 1st or 2nd platoon either. The list shows approx. 76candidates in 1st co. but it does not distinguish between 101 and 102.
