Listing my Army accomplishments?

where can I list my different accomplishments that I have done since being in the Army? Can I use the supplemental information sheet even tho its for college
 
This is what I did: I emailed my liaison and Soldier Admissions with my recent PT score card, a list of all of my military accomplishments/awards, and paperwork to back them up (including your ERB/2-1). They will be sure to present these with the rest of your packet to the board :thumb:
