I am from the IL 19th District (John Shimkus) which is going to be removed come November. After redistricting, I will be in the IL 18th District (Aaron Schock). I am a reapplicant to USNA and USMA and I received a nomination from my current rep, but didn't get appointed. This time around should I apply for the nomination for my current rep or my future rep? I know it is important to get this done ASAP so I would like to know who I'm sending the letter to. Thanks for all your help!
 
You will still apply for a nom in the district that you are currently in. The new district will affect the class of 2018.
The nom slates from districts that will have boundary changes will be due by the end of the year as opposed to 31 Jan which the normal date for submitting slates.
