    Hello,
So I was just curious on when and how to apply to Marine PLC? I have heavily researched through past threads but haven't found an exact or straight forward answer.
    Thanks to all.

As a freshman in college, start with contacting an Officer Selection Officer (OSO) for the Marine Corps. (You can apply later, but why not start early?)

Here's a link to contacting your nearest OSO:

Here is another link to a thread on this topic of PLC:

Keep in mind that NROTC/MO is also considered to be another path to becoming a Marine officer. If your college of choice has NROTC you should also evaluate NROTC/MO.
