marine Rotc scholarship

I was informed that my son's Marine ROTC application is currently at the board for review. Can anyone tell me how long it usually takes before a decision is made. I know this is the first Marine ROTC board. Thanks!!
 
I'm also up for the first board for Marine Option NROTC. I've heard anytime between Thanksgiving and Christmas notification is given. Usually people hear closer to Christmas though I believe.

BTW, you may want to post this in the future under the ROTC tab.
 
There is very little delay once a decision is made. Some may be deferred for various reasons. You should hear very soon upon completion of the review.
 
My Mid received her NROTC notification in mid-December of her senior year.
