Okay, I know I have missed this some where. What do the letters "DS" stand for? After spending considerable time on the forum, I know they represent an individual in the application process, but I wanted to know the words that DS represents. Sorry for such a dumb question. I am very new to this forum as my son is a sophomore considering future application to the AFA. BTW, this forum is very helpful and answers alot a questions.

    Thanks JMSH

Congratulations on finding this site so early in the process! There is so much great information here, it can take a while to figure out how to access it all. Be sure to check the Community Information and Feedback forum (second to the last on on the list). Also make use of the search function...I was on here for months before I even noticed it was there. You can find great info on just about any topic you can think of. Also, if you notice a person who seems particularly knowlegable on a subject you're interested in, you can click on their name and see all their posts.

    Good luck, and welcome!
