Do we need to notify someone at USAFA or DoDMERB that son had his wisdom teeth removed after we completed and submitted all the forms with his acceptance of his appointment?
The oral surgeon gave him a letter stating that he was fully cleared now.
 
haha I had mine removed too. Forgot to tell them that... oh this will be interesting.

Your son needs to contact DoDMERB with this information. I recommend attaching a copy of the oral surgeon's letter as well. In the appointment information there was mention of notifying DoDMERB if anything significant changes regarding his medical history. Best wishes. :thumb:
