Medical disqualifications

Seeking information on medical issues that may disqualify an applicant. In the last year my daughter has be diagnosed with high insulin and put on Metformin. (Her blood sugar is normal) She also has developed acid reflux that she is on medicine for. Where can I find out if these medical issues might be disqualifying or waiverable.

Google Naval Academy medical Disqualification...
Appendix A Medical Considerations for Admissions..This seems to cover most...Don't know what may be waiverable.
