I have my packet together and everything is good to go to start ROTC as a junior in college when I get home from this deployment. However, my medical waiver for Super Ventricular Tachycardia was denied. I believe the ROTC recruiter is going to try to run it again. I was wondering if anyone has had experience with this. I am currently in the military and deployed to Afghanistan with the 113th Cavalry out of Iowa. I just reenlisted and have no other hang ups with the military for my "history" of SVT. I have also not had any incidents of SVT for over a year and am more physically fit now than I have ever been, which I believe is part of the disappearance of these occurances. Any thoughts or suggestions?
