My DS is in the medical waiver process...they have requested histamine test. Should we wait for Concorde (left a message for them) or just schedule through on our own...I am concerned we are running out of time.

My DS is in the Waiver Process as well. With regard to my DS, we submitted a bunch of information (overnight) that they received and entered into the system. Two (2) weeks later they requested another doctor visit and more information. We are completing that this week.

I believe the deadline for "being cLeared/waiver approved" for USMMA is 4/16. Which leaves you only a little over a month to get the test done and DoDMerb to review and clear him, so I would suggest you go to whomever you can. Also, review and bring the letter they provided so your physician can review and provide them with EXACTLY what they are looking for.

    Good Luck.

If you go to the front page of the forum, there is a DoDMERB Duscussion. Only one question asked so far but it was answered right away.

As noted the DoDMERBB Forum here is the best place to get info about these types of matters - at last usually.

    http://www.serviceacademyforums.com/forumdisplay.php?f=20

Also I suggest reading the sticky there about that forum's rules since it has to do with personal medical info, etc.

    Good Luck.
