I went through the DoDMERB process like normal and had all of my neccessary paperwork submitted. Then I received three remdials in the mail (allergies to bee stings [very mild], head injury, and seasonal allergies questionnaire) and I provided all the neccessary paperwork there too and submitted it. AFter a few weeks, I then received one last remedial about eczema, because my parents and I had put "eczema" on the allergie questionnaire where it had asked if I had ever had it.
We then went to the doctor's where I was treated for what, at the time, we thought was eczema and they told us that it had never been eczema, that it was just dry skin. So I gathered neccessary documentation from the place that had treated me and sent it back to DoDMERB, along with a typewritten note stating that it wasn't eczema like we had orginally thought.
I just now checked my status on the USAFA website and it says that I am now medically disqualified, much to my surprise. I don't know what went wrong or what I was disqualified for. Can I still qualify for a waiver?
Any help would be great! I don't want my hopes to get crushed this easily!
