If an applicant is medically qualified, do any of the conditions in their medical history influence the admissions decision making process?

No. The Admissions Board does not look at the medical qualification (for the scholastic/board qualification) and all that Admissions cares about when making/matching appointments is that they are fully qualified (3Q + nom). Beyond that, they aren't opening the medical files to see what issues each candidate has or may have. If DODMERB and/or Supe determined that the candidate is medically qualified...then it is an inherent trust that they are eligible to fully compete for an appointment with any other candidate (slate or pool).
