Hi everyone, so in the following week or two, I will be meeting my Field Force Representative for the first time, what questions should I be expecting and what should my (women's) attire be? Thank for the responses in advanced.

Depends, this might be just meet and greet it will be more along the line of tell me about yourself and why West Point and what FFR can do for you. If this is going to a formal interview - there are set questions - along the line of why West Point, why Army and so on.

Business causal is always good, also depends on where you meet. If you are meeting a library, no need for a formal attire.

Remember, you have only one chance at a first impression. Dress well. I would treat this as the first part of your interview.

Dress well; it says that you care about the interview. I have been accepted to USMA and every single interview/event I attended I wore a suit and tie. It is a good idea to come up with a couple of questions that you are genuinely interested in- don't be afraid to write them down. I always seem to forget by the end of the interview.

Carry yourself with confidence and I know you will do well. Good luck!
