Wow, it amazes me that at my age, I can learn something about my country that is a total surprise. Instead of world this and that day, let us learn about who we are and where we come from.

I moved to Alabama from upstate NY in 1971. I am not kidding: this was a school holiday. You can't make up stuff like this!

Yeah, well, Alabama is real progressive now...but I bet if you check, you'll find a few offices closed in Montgomery.
